Code 301 noted on Routine inspection # MBEK-BF7U6S of Aug-19-2019 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: What appears to be mildew/biofilm was observed on the lower edge of the interior panel of the ice machine. Correction: Discard ice. Ensure ice machine interior components are properly cleaned and sanitized. Ensure ice machine interior components are routinely cleaned and sanitized to limit accumulation of mildew/biofilm. Date to be corrected by: Today and ongoing.

Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-BF7U6S. Ice machine cleaned; however, a small amount of what appears to be mildew/biofilm was still observed in corners. Affected areas do not appear to be in direct contact with ice/water. Ensure remaining areas are properly cleaned and sanitized by the end of today. Reminder to discard ice prior to cleaning and sanitizing. Follow manufacturer's directions for removing and accessing interior components for proper cleaning and sanitizing.
