Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Manager on duty said they use the quats sanitizer in the spray bottle to wipe down the food contact surfaces in the kitchen, but there was no sanitizer in spray bottles on-site. He then said that red bar towels are used for sanitizing food contact surfaces and the green ones are for non-food contact surfaces. Both are stored together in a 200ppm chlorine solution. However, the Sanitation procedure the manager pulled up indicates that they should be stored in separate buckets. He wasn't able to find current written procedures of practice to indicate otherwise.
Corrective Action(s): Clarify with management what the procedures for bar towels should be and if they should be stored separately.

Observation: Freezer next to the grill (by drive through window) is not working. There's no food being stored in it.
Corrective Action(s): Get the freezer repaired. Manager mentioned that they've ordered a new freezer.

Observation: The caulking along the sink edges of the hand sink for the drive through area is worn out and water is leaking from the side.
Corrective Action(s): Remove, clean and re-caulk the edges.

Observation: The manager on duty did not have a valid FoodSafe Level 1 certificate.

**ENSURE THAT THE 3RD COMPARTMENT ISN'T BEING USED TO STORE DIRTY DISHES. THAT'S MEANT FOR THE SANITIZER SOLUTION AND FOR SOAKING DISHES THAT HAVE BEEN WASHED.**

**WAREWASHER WASN'T BEING USED BECAUSE IT WAS OUT OF DETERGENT AND SANITIZER PELLETS. BOTH HAD BEEN ORDERED AND WAS IN STOCK UPSTAIRS. BUT STAFF HADN'T BOTHERED TO RESTOCK THE WAREWASHER. MANAGERS SHOULD BE CHECKING THIS**
