Observation: During inspection both handsinks did not have functioning hand soap dispensers or paper towel dispenser.
1.Left handsink soap dispenser not functioning/not dispensing soap when required and has no paper towel available within arms reach of sink.
2.Right handsink has soap dispenser on its side and not functional and a roll of paper towel left of the sink.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure all handsinks are supplied with hot & cold water, liquid soap and paper towel. If in a dispenser it must be functioning properly and allow for easy use and access for staff. Staff must wash hands regularly during the shift to prevent contamination of clean dishware and food.
