401 - Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: During inspection both handsinks did not have functioning hand soap dispensers or paper towel dispenser. 1.Left handsink soap dispenser not functioning/not dispensing soap when required and has no paper towel available within arms reach of sink. 2.Right handsink has soap dispenser on its side and not functional and a roll of paper towel left of the sink. Corrective Action(s): Ensure all handsinks are supplied with hot & cold water, liquid soap and paper towel. If in a dispenser it must be functioning properly and allow for easy use and access for staff. Staff must wash hands regularly during the shift to prevent contamination of clean dishware and food. Follow-up inspection to report ZDER-B3PTZH -Bleach water noted with wiping cloths at 100 ppm chlorine - excellent! Still requiring correction: 1.Replacement of ice machine unit 2.Replacement of dairy cooler : still noted at 10 C ***One of each required beverage is stored in unit during operation, remainder stored in back functioning cooler under 4 C. No food or beverages stored in dairy cooler over night. 3.Handsinks still require corrections ***violation noted above 4.Hole still noted in back hallway - requires sealing Owner must contact EHO at Fraser Health on Monday Aug 27, 2018 to review and discuss report.
