Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand sink at back of premise next to the walk in freezer not supplied with hot water.
Corrective Action(s): Operator aware of issue and has contacted a plumber. In the interim, all staff to wash hands at the other hand sink at the back of premise. Ensure all hand sinks are provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.

Back area:
3 compartment sink available for use. 200ppm quats dispensed from chemical dispensing station.
Dishwasher registers 81 degrees C at the plate level during the final rinse cycle.
Walk in cooler at 3 degrees C. Freezer section at -17 degrees C.
Walk in freezer at -5 degrees C. Operator stated they are currently stocking the walk in freezer. Monitor and ensure -18 degrees C.
Egg station provided with 200 quats sanitizer solution. Cooler for storage of eggs at or below 4 degrees C.
