Corrective Action(s): Pull out all food and equipment on open shelves and give floor as well as shelves a deep clean. Reviewed with staff some of the areas of concern. Due: January 15, 2024

General observations:

- Cooling reviewed with staff regarding quiche beings stored on display at room temperature. Ensure that food is put into the cooler within two hours after it reaches 60C.
√ Food up off floor ≥6”, food well organized in the coolers
√ Hand wash stations fully stocked with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
√ Quats sanitizer available at 200ppm in spray bottles
√ High temperature dishwasher sanitizing at ≥71°C
√ Three compartment sink stocked with dish soap, sanitizer, hot and cold running water
√ Equipment appeared to be in good working order
√ No signs of pest infestation noted
√ No concerns with staff hygiene or food handling noted during inspection
√ Permit posted in visible location
