-Front prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Back upright cooler was at 4C.
-Beverage cooler (yogurt drink) was at 4C
-Chest freezers were at -10C and -11C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C.
-Donair undergoes secondary cook step in the microwave. Chicken was greater than 74C and beef was greater than 71C.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink.
-Handwash stations accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Staff observed practicing good hand hygiene practices at the time of inspection.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottles labelled and tested at 200ppm.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the floor and protected from potential contamination.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Operator FOODSAFE Level 1 valid until January 13, 2024
