Routine Inspection:
Hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
All temperatures met health requirements:
- Coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius.
- Freezers maintained below -18 degrees Celsius.
- Hot holding for rice and donair maintained above 60 degrees Celsius.
Donair undergoes a secondary cooking step on the grill before being placed in the hot holding unit.
3-compartment sink used for manual warewashing.
Bleach sanitizer available for manual warewashing.
QUAT sanitizer available in spray bottle = 200 ppm.
No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
