- All noted issues are addressed, rodent issue is being addressed, pest control assessment is received, weekly pest control service is in place. Closure order is lifted. The following to be complied with. ** Increase daily cleaning and sanitation. Do not leave any garbage or foods before closing. Protect all foods and clean utensils by storing them in coolers, rodent proof containers or sealed bins before closing. Sanitize all surfaces before any food handling next day. ** Monitor dishwashing area and around hot water tank room ( structural deficiencies noted - not accessibel for repair) every day for any hole or any activities. ** Put more traps and add traps on drop ceiling around the dining area. Operator to send a progressive report re: rodent activities via email to the area inspector.
