Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer solution in 3-compartment sink was at 50ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure bleach is maintained at 100ppm to properly sanitize equipment, utensils, and food contact surfaces. Bleach was added and tested at 100ppm at the time of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Operator's FoodSafe Level 1 issued prior to July 29, 2013. Certificate has expired as of July 29, 2018.
Corrective Action(s): While in operation, at least one person must have a valid FoodSafe Level 1 or equivalent training. Operator is in process of completing FoodSafe Level 1 Refresher. Individual with valid FoodSafe Level 1 arrived in the facility at the time of inspection.

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Prep cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Front Coca-Cola cooler was at 3C.
-Chest freezer was at -18C.
-Upright freezer was at -16C.
-Hot holding pizza cabinet greater than 60C.
-Handwash stations easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Deli slicer was disassembled and properly cleaned and sanitized
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the floor and covered.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and well maintained.
