Both handsinks were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and paper towels.
Refrigeration units were at or below 4 degrees C and were equipped with thermometers.
Rice cooled in the refrigeration units was below 4 degrees C.
Freezer temperatures were satisfactory.
Broiler was turned "on".
Operator conducts a secondary cook step for the shaved meat.
A stove-top with a wok was available for the secondary cook step.
Hot-held meat in the hot-holding units was at or above 60 degrees C.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in a container and did not have soap mixed into it.
A separate container of soapy water was available.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in the third compartment sink unit.
Three compartment sink was supplied with hot and cold running water.
No signs of recent pest activity were present at the time of the inspection.
Person in charge on shift had valid FOODSAFE Level 1 (expiration date: September 25, 2021).
