Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed raw meats stored on top of sauces. Raw meat juice was contained in the container where the raw meat was stored. Relocate sacues immediately.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to store raw meats on the bottom shelf and do not store any other foods below.

Comments

Follow up inspection was conducted in response to a complaint related to possible food poisoning.
The operator was aware of the complaint and informed the health inspector that they had not received any other complaints related to gastrointestinal illness.

- Sanitizer was made at the time of inspection. Ensure to make the sanitizer solution and use it to sanitize all food contact surfaces prior to handling foods.
- Temperatures of refrigeration units are adequate (4C coolers, -18C freezers)
- Low temp dishwasher produced 50ppm chlorine residual at plate's surface
- Handsinks are stocked
- Sushi rice was not made at the time of inspection to check for pH
- FOODSAFE certified staff present
- Ice machine is kept in a sanitary manner
- No signs of pest activity observed at the time of inspection


ATTENTION:
- Remove build-up of ice in all freezers
- Clean the metal shelves in the walk-in cooler. Shows signs of rust.
- Ensure to keep a temperature log as discussed
- The pest-screen door still has not been fixed.
