Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
Observation: 1. Soap dispenser in the men's washroom was broken.
2. Paper dispensers at all hand washing stations were not being used. Rolls of paper were left beside hand washing stations.
Correction: 1. Fix / replace the soap dispenser in the men's washroom. In the meantime, obtain a bottle of liquid hand soap for the men's washroom.
2. Intall paper rolls into the paper dispenser. Ensure paper dispensers are used. Correct by: Immediately.

Follow-up inspection:
- Soap dispenser at the men's washroom had been installed.
- Paper dispensers in the kitchen area were being used.
- Professional pest control contacted. Pest control report available for review.
- Fruit files around the glass washer area had improved. However, files still present around the organic waste bin near the dish washing area.
- Area under the deep fryer still needs to be cleaned.
- Display bar cooler at 13C. No potentially hazardous food items stored inside. Manager stated it will be serviced by a technician soon.
- Thermometer in the coolers will be replaced today
- Reminder to renew the food safe level 1 certificate.
