209 - Food not protected from contamination [s. 12(a)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Six cans of food observed dented in the canned food aisle. The manager removed the cans from the shelf and placed them in the back storage room to be discarded/refunded to the supplier. Corrective Action(s): Ensure all canned foods are received in good condition without dents to prevent potential contamination of food. Return dented cans to the supplier and do not store dented cans of the shelf for sale. Violation Score: 3
