-200ppm bleach is available in a spray bottle for sanitizing
-Soups are purchased from Cioffi's. They're reheated and kept above 60 degC. Temperature at time of inspection was 83 degC.
-Coolers are below 4 degC
-Freezers are below -18 degC
-The 2 coolers in the downstairs storage room is under 4 degC and the freezer is below -18 degC
-Your Foodsafe level 1 certificates will expire on July 29, 2018. You can take the FS level 1 Refresher course at: www.foodsafe.ca to get recertified. OR re-take the full course.
