Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - CCXSZK: Premise is not in operation. Dining area is currently being painted. Dishwasher is currently being serviced by a technician. 200ppm quats available for use in spray bottles. Designated hand sink is clear of obstructions and provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Handles to drawer units for preparation coolers, exterior of preparation cooler and gaskets all observed to be cleaned. Ice wands have been ordered and pending delivery to premise. New director to take FOODSAFE level 1 or equivalent. Reminder to monitor and record temperatures of all coolers, freezers, hot holding, and dishwasher final rinse cycle chlorine concentration.
