Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer solution was not readily available. Spray bottle knob was still not functional.
-Operator prepared bleach solution in a sanitizer bucket - measured 100ppm chlorine.
*Please ensure a sanitizer solution is readily available at all times to wipe down food contact surfaces at least every 4 hours or more frequently to minimize bacterial growth. Bleach solution should be made to 100-200ppm chlorine.

-Operator moved ice scoop into a container outside machine.
*Please ensure ice scoop is stored in sanitary manner (ex. clean container outside machine) to protect ice from potential contamination.

Observation: New display cooler (left) installed. Air temperature measured 6.0C at time of inspection.
-Per operator, display cooler is frequently opened/closed and noted door was not fully closed earlier today.
Corrective Action(s): Repair/adjust cooler unit so foods are being maintained at or below 4C.
-Monitor temperature of unit so foods are maintained at proper temperatures. In the meantime, move foods to working cooler until unit can store foods at or below 4C.

Observation: Pink mildew noted along upper edges of ice machine. Ice scoop stored inside machine with handle touching ice. This can contaminate the ice.
Correction: Discard ice. Clean and sanitize machine. Ensure ice machine is regularly cleaned as per your Sanitation Plan.

-New display cooler (left) installed. Display cooler (right) is not in use and is being used to store non-PHFs.
-Ice machine is cleaned.
-Stand-up freezers in back area are equipped with thermometers inside. Items removed from freezer so it is less cluttered.
-Pest control company visits 2x per month.
-FoodSafe certified staff on-duty. Verified at time of inspection. (*NOTE: In absence of operator, ensure that at least 1 staff has valid FoodSafe Level 1 certification.)

-No signature obtained due to COVID-19 protocols. Report printed and reviewed with operator on-site.
