Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cold potentially hazardous food (desserts containing jelly and milk) were stored in a cooler at 9 degrees C.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure cold potentially hazardous food is stored at or below 4 degrees C (40 degrees F). Staff transferred the desserts into other refrigeration units to store them at 4 degrees C or less.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 0 ppm chlorine sanitizer was measured in the sanitizer pail in the front service area.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to setup and change the chlorine sanitizer frequently to maintain it at 100 ppm to adequately sanitize surfaces. Staff setup 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer (1/2 teaspoon bleach per L of water) in the sanitizer pail in the front service area.

Corrective Action(s): Adjust, repair, or re-service the above-noted cooler to maintain it at or below 4 degrees C; Correct within 1 week. Ensure to keep this cooler empty of cold potentially hazardous food until it is maintained at 4 degrees C or less; Correct immediately.

Handsinks were supplied with liquid soap, hot and cold running water, and single-use paper towels.
Walk-in-cooler, beverage cooler, prep. cooler, and front display cooler (across from the beverage cooler) were at or below 4 degrees C.
Upright freezer was at or below -18 degrees C.
Hot-held food was at or above 60 degrees C.
Ware-washing sink was operational. Ware-washing was not occurring at the time of inspection.
Ventilation hood was clean.
Deli slicer was in a clean condition.
100 ppm chlorine sanitizer was measured in the sanitizer pail in the back area.
No signs of pest activity were evident at the time of inspection.
