- Routine inspection was conducted while in operation
- No changes to the menu (desserts)
- Operator demonstrates good hygiene- apron & hair net worn
- 200ppm QUAT sanitizer available in a labelled spray bottle
- Foods are stored in food-grade, pest-proof containers
- Walk-in cooler where dough is stored measured 4C
- High temp dishwasher achieved 75C at final rinse cycle
- Hand sinks are stocked
- No pest activity observed at the time of inspection
- Deep cleaning is done on a weekly basis by a cleaning company


NOTE:
- Scoops for bulk foods were stored in the bins, allowing handles to come into contact with foods. Ensure the scoops are stored in a sanitary manner (ie. in a clean container)
- A small bowl of detergent and souring pads was stored on a shelf with foods (in containers) stored below. Ensure that scouring pads and non-food items are stored away from foods to prevent accidental contamination of foods.
