Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand sink in the tuna processing/kimichi manufacturing area was obstructed with a cutting board. This prevents proper hand washing of stuff. The cutting board as removed during inspection. Hand sink should be available for use at any time.
Note: Tuna processing and kimichi manufacturing are on different days according to schedule.

Meat processing room chilled to 10C

Sanitizing solution in bucket at 100 ppm chlorine
Walk in cooler a 4C
Note: Meat processing equipment must be cleaned and sanitized every 4 hours. Removable parts required wash, rinse then soak in proper concentration of sanitizing solution for 2 minutes.
