Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] (The following observations were noted during inspection:
1. Dishwasher found at 0ppm concentration for sanitizing cycle.
2. Bleach water sanitizer was not available for sanitizing food contact surfaces. )
Comments

Handwashing stations in washrooms are equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
Handwashing station in kitchen is fully equipped.

Dishwasher reached 50ppm concentration at dish level for sanitizing cycle.
This has been corrected from last inspection.

Renovation plans have been approved and provided to operator. You must contact Environmental Health officer as soon as renovations have been completed.
note: renovations are to be done in front dining area of the facility.
Ensure to install dispensers at all handwashing sinks that are being installed during the renovations.
