The hole in the foundation requires attention. This area has been determined to be a source of entry for the rodents and therefore needs to be sealed. Ensure this is sealed IMMEDIATELY.

NOTE: Facility DOES currently have rodent infestation. However, all doors leading to kitchen have had door skirt installed. The door skirts to the storage areas have been missed within the kitchen area. Install door skirts to prevent entry in the dry storage areas. The facility must follow all instructions provided by Pest Technician services in order to eliminate rodent infestation.

NOTE: Facility does not conduct any on site cooking. All food items are prepared at Queen's Park Care Centre. No reheating on site as facility does not have equipment capable of reheating or cooking. All food items are checked at departure for internal temperatures of 180-190F and arrive on site at temperatures 160-170 F in cambrose units. Cleaning of cambrose units are cleaned and sanitized on site at this location.
