Comments

Cleaning has been performed underneath and behind equipment to remove mice droppings. Several glue traps noticed at the time of inspection.
However, the following areas still require cleaning and disinfection (using bleach mop) to remove dirt build up and mice droppings.
-underneath the dishwashing area
-Floor-wall corner under the wok and double prep sink.

RECOMMENDED PRESSURE WASHING THE FLOOR IN THE KITCHEN.
-Recommended that all equipment be on wheels or on castors to allow for easy cleaning of floors.
-All items must be stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
Ensure all crates of soft drinks are removed to access floor underneath.
Improve lighting in the kitchen especially near the back entrance and staff washroom.

Continue to monitor the rodent situation closely and hire a licensed pest control company if new evidence of mice infestation
is noticed following the cleaning.
