Follow-up to sampling conducted on November 1, 2022.
Aerobic colony count came back greater than 30 million. The acceptable level should be less than 10,000.
Total coliform count is greater than 2,400.
Chicken is cooked at central kitchen in Vancouver, then transported frozen to facility in sealed bags.
Once delivered, bags of chicken go into freezer, and moved to cooler when needed.
Staff will open bags and place in containers when needed.
Ensure proper dishwashing procedures are followed for food containers, and scoops.
Ensure proper handwashing is conducted when hands are contaminated.
Do not wash hands with gloves on, and gloves are not substitution to handwashing.
New gloves should be worn after handwashing.
