Food items stored off the floor, on shelving within walk-in cooler and freezer. Take-out containers moved on to dry storage shelving. Cutting board and food utensils drying, stored on 3 comp. sink drain board. Cleaning of front service area and kitchen walls / ceiling panels completed. Most ice build-up removed from walk-in freezer. Remaining ice removal pending upon service technician visit this weekend. Supervisor has successfully obtained a Foodsafe certificate.
