Comments

- General sanitation is good.
- Main handwashing station supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels in dispensers.
- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration. The door of the dishwasher not properly closing to start a cycle. Operator stated that a technician has been called to fix the door.
- Surface sanitizer stored in designated bins at 200ppm QUAT concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. A professional pest control company inspects the premises on a monthly basis. Keep pest control summary reports on site for review by the health inspector.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.
- Please post a valid Operating Permit once arrived in the mail.

- Working thermometers inside all refrigeration units.
