-A potential chemical spill was noted underneath the dishwasher. A technician has been called to investigate the source of the spill.

Hand sinks were supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot held foods were > 60 C.
Temperature records were up to date. Dishwasher temperature/ sanitizer logs are kept as well.
The dishwasher reached 74 C at the plate level.
The glasswasher had 12.5 ppm Iodine.
Quats sanitizer was at 200 ppm.
No evidence of pests. Pest control report reviewed during the inspection.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
