Other observations: - Hydrogen peroxide used to disinfect the water cooler reservoir. 35% H2O2 diluted down and kept in clear glass bottle for use. *Switch to a solid bottle (not clear) as hydrogen peroxide breaks down readily in light and store in a dark location. Disinfection percentage intended to mimic H2O2 disinfection product "Pristine H2OK Water Cooler Cleaner" sold in store for the same purpose. √ Bottles/product up off floor ≥6” √ Hand wash station fully stocked with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel √ Water is further disinfected with ozone and reverse osmosis √ Water sampling of final product done regularly last report showed no bacterial contamination √ Low temperature dishwasher sanitizes with ozone √ General sanitation and maintenance is satisfactory √ No signs of pest infestation noted Thank you
