Observation: One prep cooler in the kitchen was measured at 11C. Staff explained it is not currently working and there is no food stored in the cooler.

Comments

Routine inspection conducted. Operating Permit handed to Operator. Ensure it is displayed in a location that is easily viewable by the public
- Hand wash stations are all fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot and cold running water. Ensure hand wash stations are not blocked at all times
- Food contact surface sanitizer (after correction) achieved 100pm in bucket with cloth
- Coolers, except one mentioned, are at or below 4C
- Freezer is at -18C
- Dishwasher is not currently in use as Dine in has not started. To be inspected at the next routine inspection
- Dry storage is good - ensure all items are off the floor at all times
- Pest proof containers available in dry storage
- No signs of pest activity
