- General sanitation is satisfactory. - All other handwashing stations supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels in dispensers. - Three compartment sinks available for manual warewashing. Operator was able to demonstrate proper three compartment warewashing method using appropriate sanitizer. - Surface sanitizer available in spray bottles at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration. - Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks. - A professional pest control company inspects the premises on a monthly basis. Unable to verify this information. Submit the three latest pest control summary reports to the health inspector for review. - FOODSAFE level 1 trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection. - Operating Permit posted. Operator provided a screenshot of the receipt of permit fee payment. Post a valid decal on the Operating Permit.
