Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Many wet wiping clothes were left on the counter. Repeat.
Corrective Action(s): Please remember to leave the wet wiping clothes in the 100ppm bleach sanitizer between uses.

Observation: Permit unable to be found.

Observation: 1) Multiple food (e.g. squids, frozen wontons and fried pork) were stored in the grocery bags directly. Repeat. 2) Bins of rice in the back are stored directly on the floor.
Corrective Action(s): 1) Do not store food directly in grocery bags, transfer food to food grade bags only. 2) Store food 6 inches off the ground (e.g. rice).

210 - Food not thawed in an acceptable manner [s. 14(2)]
Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A small grocery bag of frozen squids were left in the sink for defrosting. Food was measured at 4C.
Corrective Action(s): Demonstrated to operator that frozen food should be defrosted under cold running water. Do not use grocery bags to store food directly.

Observation: Screen door in the back (bottom part) still has a large hole (>6 inches wide) as the screen part is broken.
Corrective Action(s): Please repair or replace the screen properly by follow up inspection. This request was made last routine inspection already.

Observation: 1) Exhaust hood has heavy grease build up. 2) Floor under deep fryer has grease build up. 3) Rice spill in the back where rice is stored.
Corrective Action(s): Please properly clean and sanitize the noted areas by follow up inspection.

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: 1) Water dripping from pipe under the mop sink. Pipe appears to be a merging point between mop sink and possibly dishwasher. 2) Faucet in the front service area is leaky and water sprays out when tap is turned on.
Corrective Action(s): Repair or replace pipe and faucet so there is no longer leaks by follow up inspection.
