Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No paper towels available for one kitchen hand washing station (back area). It was stated that the restaurant is currently out of the paper towel type that fits into the paper towel dispenser, but they have been ordered.
Corrective Action(s): Paper towels supplied. Note: Paper towels that were supplied at time of inspection do not fit into dispenser; they were placed on a shelf near hand washing station. Ensure hand washing stations are accessible and are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels at all times to facilitate proper hand washing. Note: Other hand washing stations are accessible and properly supplied.

Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not maintained in sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
Observation: Accumulation of black debris observed on interior surfaces of ice machine (upper portion of ice storage area, behind panel).
Correction: Discard ice. Ensure all surfaces of ice machine are properly cleaned to remove all mildew and debris, then rinsed, and sanitized as the last step. Allow surfaces to dry completely before preparing new ice. Date to be corrected by: Today.

Note: Mildew and other debris may potentially contaminate ice. Ensure ice machine is cleaned and sanitized regularly to limit accumulation of mildew/biofilm.

Ice machine interior observed to be in clean condition.
Preparation cooler noted on previous report has been serviced. Preparation cooler measured at 2 degrees C (above) and 4 to 5 degrees C (below). Note: Cooler was approximately 6 to 7 degrees C at start of inspection and appears to be coming out of a defrost cycle.
Areas noted on previous report have been cleaned. Cardboard removed and pans no longer stored on floor.
Thermometers available for noted coolers.
