Generally well maintained & operated. Sanitation is very good. Refrigeration temperatures measure < 4 C, with the noted exception. Freezer temperatures measure < -18 C.
Spray sanitizers measure 200 ppm Cl and 400 ppm Q. Dishwasher final rinse temperature measures 77 C.
