Routine inspection conducted
4 ready to eat products are made at this kitchen and distributed to other Garcha Bros shops/stores: chicken kebabs, goat soup, "pickled" chicken and goat. Once cooked at this location, food items are brought back in a reefer truck to the warehouse for cold storage before being distributed to the various Garcha Bros Stores. Operator has submitted plans for a new warehouse location where all food items will be cooked/prepared. However, this location has not yet been granted health approval and so the current premises must still meet all health requirements.
