Routine inspection: Threading: All threads single use. Hair cut (ladies only): King Research barbicide available for use. Laundry services done onsite. Hair wash stations equipped with backflow prevention devices. Hair wash station also provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Waxing: All sticks and strips are single use. Treatment room beds lined with single use paper liners. Laundry services done onsite. Facials: Treatment room hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. No semi critical implements used. Towels single use. Manicure/pedicure: Clippers and nippers disinfected in PREempt CS20 solution (expiry May 25, 2023). All buffers and files single use. Foot files are metal and abrasive material is stick on disposable. Pedicure tub is intermediate level disinfected with bleach after each use. Laser hair removal (IPL): Laser warning sign posted on door. 70% isopropyl alcohol used to disinfect laser hand pieces. Laser machine requires a key to operate and has a emergency on/off button. Treatment room hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Razors are single use and disposed of into a sharps container. Client goggles are completely opaque and disinfected in PREempt CS20 solution after use. Treatment bed paper liner single use. New linen sheet provided to each client.
