Follow up inspection to routine inspection conducted on May 5. - Sanitizer available at 200ppm quats in spray bottles. Test strips available. - The walk in cooler in the back of the kitchen is well lit, 2 new lighting fixtures installed - Sanitation at the front kitchen around grill area and inside walk in cooler at the back kitchen area have improved significantly. Ensure to regularly clean and sanitize hard to reach areas to maintain sanitation - New shelving ordered to replace the rusty ones inside walk in coolers.(on the way) - New grill unit (including the cooler drawers) is ordered and will replace the old one once arrival.
