follow up inspection conducted:
-Quats sanitizer dispenser is installed. Concentration is measured at 200 ppm or more.
Detergent dispenser are installed.
-All handsinks are fully stocked.
-Ceiling tiles are replaced.
-All construction materials are removed.
-Construction is as per approved plans.
-Copy of Certificate of Incorporation is emailed.

*Health Permit fee received via cheque #4732 for the amount of $50.00 (Dec 2016 - Mar 2017)

Please correct the following:
-Shelving units to be installed near dishwasher.
-Dishwasher is installed but not adjusted/ turned on. Ensure that dishwasher is working.
-Please use single use disposable serving dishware until the dishwasher is working.
-Follow manual (3 compartment sink) method for dishwashing of prep utensils.
-Ensure that second hot holding unit is turned on maintained at 60°or greater.
-Buckets for sanitizer solution must be available.
-Soap dispenser at one of the hand sinks needs to be fixed.
-Please email copies of FoodSafe certificate.
