- All hand sinks are fully equipped. - All coolers at 4C or below. - Freezers range from -10C to -11C. - Bleach sanitizer from spray bottles measured 200ppm. - High temperature dishwasher reached 78C at plate level during the final rinse. - Vent hood panels in sanitary condition. - Dry storage / supply room in sanitary condition. - No signs of pest observed at the time of inspection. No outstanding issues reported by the professional pest control company as per the operator. *Back storage room leading to the back exit door is rented by adjacent unit for extra storage. This has been discussed with the owner of the adjacent unit but written confirmation between the two owners has not been received by the inspector yet. Provide a written contract/agreement regarding the usage of the storage room including who will be responsible of cleaning & maintenance of the storage space & equipment. Owner stated they will be responsible by the renter at the time of inspection. Provide the document to the inspector by April 7, 2023.
