Upright coolers in the kitchen area registered at 3-4 deg C.
Freezers registered at -20 to -21 deg C.
Hot holding: rice was at 71 deg C; miso soup was at 74 deg C.
Dishwasher final sanitizing rinse was at 75.8 deg C at plate surface.
Test strips for chlorine and probe thermometer available on-site.
Temperature log was well-maintained.
Staff wearing clean aprons and hair restraint.
No signs of pests observed.
Premises was clean and organize at time of inspection.
