Possible drain fly attraction (none observed). Floor and surround at bakery freezer and meat freezer observed with accumulations of stagnated water with biomat forming. likely from condensation. Corrective Action(s): Ensure these areas are part of sanitation plan cleaning schedule. Pour chemical (i.e. floor cleaner, bleach etc.) or boiling water down these drains to detract from pest breeding potential. Ensure staff regularly mop up and clean up the floor surrounding the sliding doors to the meat and bakery freezers. Violation Score: 3
