Pizza Store:
- General sanitation satisfactory.
- Back handwashing station supplied with cold/hot running water, soap, and paper towels.
- Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing.
- Surface sanitizer available in labeled spray bottles at 100ppm chlorine concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks. Dry food items must be stored min 15cm (6inches) off the floor.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. The operator implements own pest control management system.

Temperature control:
- All coolers: < or = 4C
- All freezers: < or = -18C
- All hot holding units > or = 60C
- Thermometers available inside all coolers.

General Store:
- General sanitation is good.
- All coolers (display, walk in) at < or = to 4C.
- All freezers (chest) at < or = to -18C.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
- No signs of pest activity.
- Random food items (i.e. prepackaged sandwiches, milk) checked for expiration dates, condition of packaging, and any signs of deterioration. All in good conditions.
