Screen door noted in Code 305 outstanding. Operator to ensure back door is closed at all times until screen door is serviced or replaced to prevent pest entry. Debris and build-up noted in Code 306 cleaned and sanitized. Mice droppings removed and noted areas were maintained in a sanitary condition at the time of inspection. Operator to ensure sanitation is maintained throughout premises. Walk-in cooler in Code 308 ambient air temperature noted at 2.9C. Operator to ensure temperature logs for all units are maintained daily. No other concerns noted at the time of inspection.
