Routine inspection
- Hand washing stations are provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispenser.
- Secondary cook step is followed for Donair meat.
- Prep-cooler with inserts measure at or below 4C. Ensure to closed the lid when not in used to main food temperature in inserts.
- Freezers are at or below - 18C.
- Cooked rice measured at or above 60C. cooked meat measured at or hotter than 60C in hot holding unit.
- Vegetable 2-door sliding fridge measured at 6C. Ensure not to store perishables if the temperature is too warm.

General sanitation observed to be satisfactory.
Customer washroom is clean.
3-comp sink maintained. Cutting boards are to be rinse and sanitize with bleach-water solution before use.
Sanitizer available in spray bottles.

Important reminders:

1- Floor finishing in kitchen observed to have cracks and uneven. Ensure to repair or replace. Floor is to be maintained impermeable and easy to clean.
2- Limited number of drain flies observed in the dry storage. Premises is to be kept pest free.
3- Temperature monitoring log is to be kept updated for cooling units with perishable food.
