Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Multiple food packages left open (end-of-production). Staff gone for the day. This is not acceptable & staff must be re-educated regarding protection of foods, especially considering that there is mice entering the facility regularly. Remove the food source. Corrected temporarily.

Observation: Mouse droppings observed. Multiple snap traps improperly set-up.
Correction: Clean up droppings by spraying 1:10 bleach solution + wipe up with paper towel.

Observation: Flooring by 3-compartment sink is uneven + unsealed. All exposed concrete must be sealed to allow for cleaning. There is a hole in the wall that must be fixed.
Correction: Ensure that all exposed concrete is re-sealed + that the floor by 3-compartment sink is even.
