Follow up inspection:
-Previous inaccurate thermometer was replaced with an accurate thermometer inside the upright middle cooler.
-Lid of dry storage bin had been re-secured in place and it appeared to be in good working order.
-Pots and pans previously stored on the floor had cleaned, sanitized, and air dried prior to placing them on the dry storage shelf according to the Operator.
-Pots and pans were observed stored off the floor in the dry storage room.
-Detergent and bleach bottles were stored separately from pre-packaged take-out containers on a pallet in the dry storage room.
-Previous paper towel dispensers that were not in good working order were replaced with new wall-mounted paper towel dispensers at the handwashing stations in the kitchen and both customer washrooms. New paper towel dispensers were in good working order and supplied with single-use paper towels.
-Chili oil was refrigerated inside an upright cooler at or below 4 degrees C.
-Chilli oil is prepared in small quantities with canola oil and commercially prepared dry crushed chili (received in a pre-packaged condition), is heated, portioned into shallow single-use containers, cooled inside the cooler, and kept refrigerated at or below 4 degrees C up to two days maximum prior to discarding it and preparing a new batch according to the Operator. Chili oil does not contain garlic according to the Operator.
-Bleach sanitizer pails and spray bottles were labelled.
-Sieves were not stored on the wall next to the designated handsink across from the cook line.
-Meat deli slicer was in a clean condition.
