100ppm chlorine available for use in "clean" buckets. Once used/soiled wiping cloths are placed into the "dirty" buckets.
200ppm quats dispensed from chemical dispensing station.
3 compartment sink setup for manual warewashing. 200ppm quats available for sanitizing utensils/equipment.
Low temperature dishwasher registers 50ppm chlorine during the final rinse cycle. Test strips available for use.
General sanitation is satisfactory. Pest control services.
