Follow up to Rpt # MBEK-B8G25K.

Milk/cream dispenser unit located in mobile pick up area was measured at 6 to 7 degrees C (checked over course of inspection). Internal cream temperature: 6 to 7 degrees C. Cream transferred to another cooler. Ensure that unit is capable of maintaining internal food temperatures of 4 degrees C or less. Do not store cream/milk in this cooler until reinspected by the Environmental Health Officer.
Refer to report dated January 15, 2019 outstanding FOODSAFE violation. Store manager to provide copies of FOODSAFE Level 1 (or equivalent) certificates to the Environmental Health Officer once staff/supervisors/team leaders have successfully completed courses.
