Follow up inspection conducted: -Operator was on site and has FoodSafe. He has registered his staff member for FoodSafe level 1 (registration e-mail shown to EHO for verification) -Pizza oven racks are much cleaner (ensure that fumehood is cleaned) -Back area has been cleaned/organized, no tools in dishwashing area - Operator will be removing back corner cooler (that is not functional and has been used for storage) by the next routine inspection
