| On January 10, 2020, Licensing received a complaint alleging concerns regarding physical facility, staffing, and care and supervision. The allegations included the following details: - Unclean physical facility - Inadequate staffing - Some PIC's personal belongings have gone missing All allegations were thoroughly investigated. Evidence was received and reviewed from person in care records, facility policies and procedures, and staffing schedules. The following contraventions to the Residential Care Regulation have been found: - Residential Care Regulation (RCR) – Section 8(3)(b) – Continuing duty to inform - RCR – Section 85(1)(d) – Policies and Procedures |
