Provide copies of certificates to the health unit once received. At least one trained staff member must be on site at all times the store is operational.

*Main stainless steel cooler has been repaired. Internal temperature averaged 2 - 2.5 C during inspection. Perishable items can safely be stored in this cooler.
*Thermometers are available in each cooler and freezer unit.
*Ensure copies of Food Safe training certificates are forwarded to the health unit once received (see correction dates on this and previous reports). Note that this training is required by law, and ongoing infractions will result in progressive enforcement measures being taken.
*Temperature records have not been kept up - ensure these are maintained daily.
