Monitor the freezer and ensure freezer temperature is at or below -18 degree Celsius.

Routine inspection
- Hand washing station in washroom fully equipped with soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
- Walk-in cooler maintained below 4 degrees Celsius.
- open face produce cooler ambient air temperature ranged 5-7 degree Celsius. Ensure cooler maintains food temperature at or below 4 degree Celsius.
- Freezers maintained below -18 degrees Celsius except the meat freezer.
- Food products stored at least 6 inches off the floor.
- All food products organized on shelves.
- No indication of any pest activity at the time of inspection.
Note: recommended providing liquid soap and paper towels at the 2 compartment sink.
